Sydney University Village is a unique Campus Living concept located in the grounds of Australia's oldest university. Accommodation is offered in one bedroom studio rooms with double bed and private facilities, to five bedroom apartments providing 5 separate single bedrooms, a large kitchen, spacious living area and two bathrooms.

Sydney University Village is a brand new property, convenient to transport, a short walk to University facilities and even closer to the vibrant restaurant, café culture and shopping facilities of King Street, Newtown. The Village consists of 650 rooms, 6 conference rooms, a Village Bar (The Well) with modern Australian bistro meals, a licensed Café (Hoochie Mammas) with coffee and meals and a Convenience Store (The Store). We offer self contained studio accommodation as well as 5 bed apartments, with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, great for families or groups. The apartments are located within large and fully landscaped grounds with beautiful and peaceful surrounds and some rooms having spectacular views of the cityscape. There is a laundry in the complex as well as a Business Centre with internet access. Superior, state of the art security enables quick and easy access to your rooms while providing 24 hour security throughout the property.

Conference facilities are available all year round and are located in the main building of the Village, with all food and beverage service provided by the onsite caterer. All conference rooms are air-conditioned and have both natural and electrical lighting. The conference facilities also offer all the latest audio visual equipment, with negotiated rates with an external audio-visual professional supplier. Meeting capacity ranges from small groups of ten to large groups of 200 to conduct training or conferences in various formats. Classroom, theatre, boardroom or banquet style set ups are readily available.

You are only minutes from vibrant King St Newtown, with a plethora of restaurants and boutique shops, so why not enjoy a fine dining experience at one of the many local restaurants or perhaps some live music in one of the many nearby bars. With buses and trains only minutes away you don't need to take your car anywhere. Sydney is on your doorstep and there's plenty to explore.
