BGF Bake Off

Bake Off is BGF’s longest running community event. Community members enter their wild and whacky culinary creations into the 8 different categories, which are then judged by our team of celebrity judges. They are auctioned off with fantastic prizes that are donated by our community supporters by auctioneer extraordinaire Mitzi MacIntosh. The event is supported by the Midnight Shift who generously provides the venue and sells our famous vodka and jelly shots.

Performances are held throughout the event and get more and more risqué as the afternoon progresses!

Best Cake
Best Cake (professional)
Best Tart
Best Smallgoods (biscuits & scones)
Best Decorated Cake
Best Preserves
Best non-edible Cake
Best Kitchen & Table Craft

HOW YOU CAN HELP
You can join the fun of Bake Off by entering a prize to be auctioned on the day, entering a cake or item to be judged, volunteer, or come along and buy something!
