Avery Queer Film Festival

Presenting films that will open your hearts and minds to what our queer artists and film makers have to offer. Similar to the Brisbane Queer Film Festival this travelling season of movies presents some of the best movies from this year’s Melbourne Queer Film Festival.

The Sunshine Coast Tropical Alternatives Film Festival will be showing back to back screenings of three movies, including films for gay men, lesbians and others through features and short movies. The storytellers of our community give us hope, courage and strength to stand up and live life to the full.

The Film Festival in collaboration with the Melbourne Queer Film Festival presents films as diverse in selection as the Queer community itself.
