The Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience on Saturday June 2 is the closing highlight and pinnacle event of the two-week Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster Festival, Friday May 18 to Monday to June 4, 2007.

The unique, multi-award winning concert is headlined this year by Australian pop music legend, Marcia Hines.

Set on the banks of Kununurra's stunning Ord River and hosted by entertainer James Blundell, the concert coincides with a magical full moon. Hines, accompanied by her seven-piece band, leads the sensational entertainment line-up, which also features the Australian Army Band ' Darwin, popular party band Peace Love and All That Stuff with Tod Johnston, plus a host of talented Kimberley musicians and entertainers.

The Kimberley Moon Experience is the region's most acclaimed entertainment spectacle, having been named in the 'Top 10 Social Events' for the past three years (by The West Australian Newspaper), plus claiming a swag of prestigious awards, including the Gold Medal for 'Significant Festivals and Events' at the recent Western Australian Tourism Awards.

In its fifth year in 2006, the Muster has grown to become one of the state's biggest annual event-based tourism drawcards. The event is an initiative of the Kununarra Chamber of Commerce and Industry and attracts thousands of local concert-goers, visiting tourists and corporate VIPs.
