Lentil as Anything (L.A.A) is a non profit Incorporated association, celebrating compassion, individuality and artistic expression. We embody a philosophy that challenges and defies our money driven consumerist society.

Our Philosophy
Lentil as Anything's philosophy of "no set prices" is a social experiment that encourages people to have an internal conversation with their conscience and their own ethics.

You choose what you feel is an appropriate amount to pay for the food and service provided, with the awareness that our fresh produce is organic.

L.A.A encourages people to step outside the rules, regulations and red tape that permeate daily existence in a modern civil society.

L.A.A is a co-operative which nurtures compassion, individuality and artistic expression. The forming of policies and the making of major decisions necessitate that all members of the collective are consulted.

L.A.A endeavors to provide a space in which customers can gather for a high quality, Organic, Vegan/Vegetarian meal. L.A.A. is part of a current social movement away from the global growth of economic rationalism toward a communal grass roots ethos.

We invite to be part of the revolution. In coming to such an establishment, each individual is contributing to the kind of culture we seek to promote. Thus costumers and staff members alike have an instrumental role in keeping Lentil As Anything alive.
