A visit to Hungerford Hill's spectacular winery in the Hunter Valley, designed by renowned Sydney architect Walter Barda, offers a food and wine experience loike no other. There's something for everyone and it's memorable.

The wines are hand made in the new underground winery by a skilled winemaking team who pay particular attention to small parcels and the diversity of regional charactertistics. State of the art equipment and techniques are utilised, but what sets us apart from the rest is the passion and enthusiasm that goes into creating wine, Hungerford Hill style!

After sampling the wines in the new Cellar Door why not wander through to the restaurant or wine bar: Terroir. Great wines require not jsut great winemaking but also great sites with the best possible combination of soil, aspect and climate for the grape varities being grown. This marriage of the right conditions with the right grape variety is called 'Terroir'.

Chef de Cusine, Darren Ho promotes the concept of Terroir in both food and wine, sourcing only the finest, freshest, quality regional produce to create a truly memorable dining experience.
