Kings Beach

Every week Byron plays host to coach & car loads of tourists, there is always plenty of talent to check out. The QGuide Perve Factor meter usually goes off the the scale most weeks especially during the Christmas holidays
.
When you visit Byron, you have two choices of nude beaches, one is Belongil Beach located north of Byron Village and the other a much more secluded beach is Kings Beach south of Byron Bay just off Old Lennox Heads Road.

Fairies in the Forest

Ensure you have plenty of drinking water and food as the beach is secluded. Park you car and walk down the rainforest track down the beach. If you decide to stay late at the beach, you'll have the opportunity to watch the sun set behind the mountains. You may be fortunate to experience an array of bright yellow, orange and red water paint like sky lite cloud formation.

The return trip back up the forest track will also put on a show of fire-flies dancing around the track and trees resembling a ballet of fairies! The atmosphere is absolutely magical.

Seclusion at a price!

The beach is secluded and private. It has a mix of gays and straights. If you are looking for some action, just wander off and follow the short bush track that starts just behind the tree-line past the dunes.

It is an unofficial nude beach although you will see some swimmers who are only too shy take off their swimmers in the water but don't have a problem once they are back at their beach spot..or in the bush track.
Cock Hat Rocks

Directions:   (approx. 8kms south of Byron Bay centre)

Car:
To access the beach, head south out of Byron Bay along the Old Bangalow Rd which merges with Old exit off Old Lennox Heads road and continue toward the Caravan Park. Turn off to the right just before the Caravan Park onto a dirt road. Drive up for approx. 5 minutes until you see a car park to the left. Byron Bay is the most eastern point of
Australia.

Conveniently located 2 hours drive south of Brisbane, 1 hour south of the Gold Coast or 50 minutes flight from Sydney; you can fly in to three airports, Ballina, Gold Coast or Brisbane.

Byron has a high concentration of gay people who have made the life decision to escape the city lights in exchange for a more balanced alternative beach life.
