Winter Magic Festival is gearing up again for another year of fun for all. It is the Blue Mountains biggest annual event attracting in excess of 40,000 people with the parade from involvement by locals and visitors one of the Festival's major attractions.

Saturday is Winter Magic's big day with the town's main street, Katoomba Street, closed to traffic and opened up to over 150 stalls and 70 performances across 12 stages Then on Sunday the fun will continue with cafes, restaurants and hotels becoming mini performance spaces for a day.

The Parade will have a strong emphasis on dressing up and participation in the parade, which will include lively music.

Circus Solarus will be a part of this years festive activities, with their performances inspired by the work of the Katoomba Amusements Company who entertained visitors to the Blue Mountains in the early 1900's.

This year, Body, Mind & Soul will located in the heart of the festival with a range of healing practices or join in with the Wild Rhythm Drumming Classes

The annual shopfront art exhibition, ArtStreet, is now underway. This year's theme is Elements: "Earth Air Fire Water".
